My absolute favorite thing about Mano’s classes are that they are always challenging! He explores unique and creative poses with his students. I’m sure anyone who attends his class will be glad they did.
The guided relaxation is an invitation to end the practice of movement and invite the practice of stillness. Savasana is the most important pose, where we integrate and stabilize the benefits of the practice. By surrendering and letting go, we receive and we transform.
Warm-ups
The warm up sequence says ‘good morning’. It awakens the physical and energetic bodies, it brings focus and an overall feeling of warmth and energization.
Level 3
The Level 3 is an intermediate sequence that ‘blossoms the body’ to a more advanced practice. It opens the joints and prepares the muscles and tendons to explore the edge of your daily potential. We invite new rotations of the limbs and spine with combinations into more complex asanas.
Level 4
The Level 3 sequence is for those who want to ‘push the envelope’. It invites the student to explore the limits of the practice with a smooth flow and easy to follow transitions. A more advanced, creative and intelligent sequence challenges the entire person physically and energetically, ending class with a feeling of space and aliveness.
Level 1
The Level 1 sequence is for those who want to ‘shake off the dust’. It provides comprehensive joint warm ups and a simple sequence to activate and strengthen the main muscle groups and stretch the body in the main areas and directions of mobility. This sequence does a lot for those who never practiced Yoga before, for beginners, students with injuries and seniors.
Level 2
The Level 2 sequence is for those who want to ‘get the juices flowing’. It gives a complete core warm up and a flowing and progressive sequence to help you connect with all your body parts before going deeper. It strengthens and stretches the body in a balanced and complete way. This sequence provides more of a workout without taking you to extreme variations.
